Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service over the phone and in person
• Effectively communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and schedule service appointments
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service calls
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
• Assistance with Accounts Receivable

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service
• Experience in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
• Prior inventory management is a plus
